When writing a business term paper there are many different topics you can choose to discuss.  Be sure to talk about your topic ideas with your professor.  Writing a good business term paper will begin with choosing an interesting and intriguing topic with many points of view. 

Some of the commonly used topics for a term papers are gender and sexuality issues.   Discuss issues such as creating equality for women in an executive position within a corporation.  Discuss and name examples to support this issue in your business term paper.  How are homosexuals treated in the workplace?  Should they be given the same benefits as married heterosexual couples?  Controversial topics can lead to a very interesting business term paper.  Again, be sure to confirm the business term paper topic with your professor and its relevance to your studies.  

Another interesting topic for a business term paper is multiculturalism and diversity in the workplace.  Debate the need to treat Christmas, Easter and other religious observances as national holidays.  What about immigration laws in the United States and the penalties applied (or the lack of penalties applied) to corporations? 

Advertising and marketing issues are good topics for a business term paper.  You can address the racial stereotypes found in advertising or the need for or against the reliance on stereotypes in advertising.  Are there some forms of advertising that seem unethical? Is the use of sexual imagery in an ad campaign unethical?  Asking such questions and providing adequate support to your theories through research and classroom studies will result in a great business term paper. 

Once your research and studies are completed, you will need to combine all of the information into the final business term paper.  Be sure you have posed a clear problem and offered a thesis that addresses it well. In a well-structured, grammatically correct business term paper, the argument cannot fall into common debate. You must be original and consider the bigger ideas in the argument. A well-written business term paper will spark controversy.
