Politics can be studied at A-level and in college, continuing all the way up to post-graduate university level. Political science examines the nature of power, authority and collective decision-making, with the focus usually being on governments. Political issues feature in many other domains too, including health care, environmental organisations, the financial and corporate world, educational organisations and religious institutions.
