Communication with your writer is the key to the overall project success. Make sure you provide all the necessary instructions.


How Can You Reach the Staff?

Means of communication include phone, email, Skype, chat, the communication panel of your customer dashboard or “One-touch support request”. Feel free to use whichever is the most convenient for you.

How Can You Reach Your Writer?

If you want to contact your writer, you can either use “One-touch support request”, described earlier or use the message board which is located in your personal control panel. Here is what you need to do:

Log into your control panel and then click on the order you want to talk to your writer about.

After clicking on the order you want, navigate to the button that says “Write a Message”. 

You can write either directly to the writer, or a member of our support staff who will be happy to pass a message to your writer. So chose the receiver of your message in the drop-down list, type your request and hit “Send”. 

We strongly encourage you to communicate with your writer as much as possible, especially during the pre-writing stage. 90% problems can be avoided by simply asking questions and communicating with your writer.

Please do not reveal any personal information such as your name, address or banking information in any of your messages. We take privacy protection very seriously but it’s up to you to make sure you don’t directly give personal information to a third party.
